Moxibustion For Breech
This appointment involves discussing your options for breech presentation and to encourage your baby to turn to a head first position, which is optimum for birth. We will first talk through your pregnancy so far and assess any risk factors, checking the position and wellbeing of you and your baby.
We will discuss your options for breech presentation and optimal positioning to use alongside moxibustion to encourage your baby to turn.
You and your birth partner will then be taught how to safely use the moxa sticks and the correct point location on the feet.
Your moxibustion appointment includes:

A full midwifery consultation (to ensure the treatment is suitable)

Teaching of moxibustion for you to perform the technique at home.

Moxa equipment provided for your treatments.
